Cash Game Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

3.4 Account Currency

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6. Gameplay, Results & Game Integrity

6.1 Random Number Generators

Game outcomes are statistically independent — the result of any individual spin or hand has no influence on any future result. 6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or communication failure during gameplay, the affected game round will be considered void. Any stakes placed during a void round will be returned to your account balance. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cash Game platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all bonus wagering requirements have been met and the account is in good standing.

12.2 Closure by Cash Game

Cash Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Cash Game will contact you using your registered details before applying any dormant account policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

13. Changes to These Terms

Cash Game reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
